Regular Registration Deadline is 3/01/2006
Regular and Student rates become $474 and $324 respectively after regular registration deadline.
Cancellation Policy: Registrants unable to attend are encouraged to send a substitute at no additional charge. Cancellations received through March 1, 2006 will be assessed a processing fee of $45.00. A credit coupon which will be valid as a credit for future conference registration, will be sent after the conference in the amount of registration fee paid less the processing fee 30 days after the conference. No credit coupons will be issued for cancellations made after March 1, 2006. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. |
